The egg is a rich source of protein and amino acids. There are very few foods which contain whole protein and egg is one of those foods. Apart from that egg contains all nine amino acids which are essential for our body.

Eat it whenever you feel hungry it will make you full or just include an omelet with bread in your breakfast it will give you a kick start in morning.
